The Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia is world renown for its coffee production. This region can lay claim to be one of the best, if not the best coffee producing regions in the world, and the 'Boji' washing station is the jewel in the crown. Grown in red clay soil and dried for 15 days in the African sun before being taken for milling, the process to get these beans to us is as traditional as it is efficient.
Our 'Boji', Natural. This is our funkiest Ethiopian with tasting notes of Blueberry, chocolate and lime! As always it goes well with an oat milk or for the pirates among us, straight black, with no frills.
